Taste of Fall: Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Last night I prepared an intensive sweet potato gnocchi recipe originally posted by one of my favorite bloggers, Kath Eats Real Food.

I followed her recipe exactly, and the sweet potato gnocchi turned out really well, I think, for a first attempt. However, be warned, total cook time was 2.5 hours — though the first hour was the sweet potatoes cooking in the oven.

I took pictures all along the way, but mostly they look much like Kath’s, so I’ll just share my final product.

Pretty tasty, but very filling. Definitely has a fall flavor to it — who’s ready for pumpkin beer?
