A Breakfast Standby

With the promise of Fall in the (somewhat distant) future, I’ve already been starting to get into Fall flavors and spices — one of those being cinnamon.

Believe it or not, I used to hate cinnamon. I wouldn’t eat anything that had cinnamon in or on it.

Now I’m tearing through it with one my new breakfast favorites: vanilla yogurt with sliced banana, cinnamon and granola.
